  • ¼ tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ¼ tbsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ tbsp of honey.

Put all the ingredients in a blender, and then drink in one gulp.

Olive oil penetrates directly into the intestine, thereby improving its patency. Lemon juice contains a daily dose of ascorbic acid. You can also drink it during an epidemic of influenza.
